Rubbish talks on the phone!

I had a surprise call from Andy Ong in the afternoon today. It's been quite some time since we've talked & I gotta say, we were really talking rubbish. Lol :)

He first started off by asking me about my birthday celebration. Because I said I wanna celebrate my 16th birthday in December this year. Well, suppose to be in November but got caught up with certain things that I shifted it to December. Probably after this coming Saturday that week I'll have a party? Belle's birthday's coming soon too :)

So we went on with the conversation talking about hashbrowns, and plain water. What a topic to talk about huh? We talked about having a party that it'll be so sian like the only food there is avaliable was hashbrowns & nothing else.
I could imagine how the scene is like because if you watched Mr.Bean, there was an episode where he hosted a party with 2 guys only. So I imagined my party to be like that.

The soft drinks, oh yes. There's only plain water. LOL, imagine this.

"Hey what drinks do you have?"
My reply: "Well, there's water, but in 3 different states! Solid, liquid & gas. Which would you like?"

So Andy added on saying, "Would you wanna lick the water (in ice form) or would you rather drink it?"

We continued talking about having a party that's so boring, that we can actually irritate people. Hilarious conversation to start with someone after a long time of not communicating. :)

Then Andy went on asking me to change from Blogger to Xanga. & to be really honest, I really don't know how to use Xanga. I always feel really comfortable using blogger.
When I told Andy that I didn't know how to use Xanga & can't really be bothered to change it, I was actually strucked in a way that I realised things about my life before & I got a glimpsed of how & why people wouldn't wanna submit their lives to Jesus.

As for me, I don't even remember myself living in a life last time without Jesus, that's full of sin. I don't remember that at all. It was as if I never lived that life, I don't remember how it feels like, I only have it's memories.

I guess I'm wrapped around in God's love which brought me to the stage that I myself, wanna reach out to my friends & let them experience what I'm going through.
& each time if my fire for God were to burn down, I tell myself to read the bible, look at God's promises again & I sort of like in a way, "excite" myself again into like wanting to experience what God has promised us, which brings my fire for God back again. :)

As Andy & I was talking about the Blogger vs Xanga thing, I thought to myself for a moment.
"why don't I wanna change to Xanga & give it a try?"

It's the same for our Christian walk with God. Christian or not, it's the same thing.
We just wanna stay in our comfort zone. Like me wanting to continue using Blogger rather than just giving Xanga a shot of it. Because I don't wanna bother wasting time blogging on Xanga & being afraid that if half way if I were to blog, that the post wouldn't be published. Or probably, my laziness.

Likewise, it's like someone who doesn't believe in God Himself, it's always a step of Faith like how Andy Chia would always tell me. It's always a matter of you wanna give it a try & experience God's awesome presence & promises that's being fulfilled in your life.

I gotta say honestly, my life have took a 180degrees turn since I've came to know Christ. I'm experiencing something that's really very awesome, I believe once you experience things like I did, you can never get enough of Him. :)

I always ask God to show me more things, let me go through things that I can learn from, but somethings to me are a huge struggle as some of y'all may already know. But I know that there's always a reason behind it, a good reason why God is allowing it to happen.

Well, I'll probably give Xanga out a try, but I gotta learn the basic functions before hopping into blogging. & I'll probably make my url as crazy as:

Xanga.com/hashbrowns-and-water :D

& does anyone knows how to edit this blogskin in a way that I can put picture @ the top of my blog and insert a tagboard, links & all that? If you do, add me on msn:
